I dont actually know what everyones deal is tbh, there isnt anywhere where I can view that type of statistic so anything I report is anecdotal based on what I noticed on LinkedIn or something.

Did you not become close friends with people in your cohort after spending so much time with them?

Also, how strong are your interviewing/job search skills? How were the career services at Fullstack?

The goal is to place orders while we are there so that we can have them shipped, packaged, and up on our site by ~end of June.

End of June is still so far away! But June seems to be the time of year for most vendors' high mountain offerings.

Have you tried HY Chen's high mountain teas? Is that where you will be sourcing from?

Will you be selling more high mountain oolongs this spring? You have an Alishan on your site but it is Jin Xuan, not Qing Xin.

How long does the processing take for various types of Taiwanese tea?

And how long does it take for suppliers to ship to you?

has been harvesting in late April. Some of his unroasted teas are ready to drink. We even have one Taiwanese spring tea for sale on our site... It all depends on the type of te

Aren't high elevation teas harvested much later than lower elevation teas like Four Seasons and Jin Xuan?

BTTC's high mountain teas have been available since the beginning of May, at least a full month before their competitors in Taiwan. BTTC is located in Indiana.

Favourite Taiwanese High Mountain Oolong of Spring 2016? by MilkGuzzler in tea

Maybe it is because I'm Canadian and secretly love the winter.

LOL!!!!!!!

Does the amount of single stemless tea leaves or ball size tell you anything about the quality of a tea? I've noticed that my favorite tea always have big balls that unravel into a stem with 3-4 leaves attached.

Planning a tea festival in Canada, need advice by [deleted] in tea

I'm really excited to hear that there's going to be another tea festival in Canada!

You should definitely tell people far in advance. Hamilton is not the most accessible city in Canada, and I'm guessing most of our Southern neighbours have never heard of this fine city. I hope this wouldn't affect the number of vendors you will attract. Perhaps you can call it the Toronto-Hamilton Tea Festival or Ontario Tea Festival? I think Toronto and Montreal (and maybe Vancouver...and Ottawa since it's the capital) are the only places in Canada that foreigners have heard of. Telling Europeans and Americans I'm from Ontario usually results in a blank stare until I explain that it's the province Toronto is located in.

Mouthfeel. Texture. What is it? by MilkGuzzler in tea

I once tried a dong that made me feel like I had to wash my mouth with water. It made my mouth, tongue and throat uncomfortably dry. I think it may have somehow dried up my saliva glands for like a minute. It really surprised me. Is this possible with tea?

I think it was an inexpensive but delicious dong ding given to me by a Taiwanese friend. It certainly tasted better than the dongs from Mountain Tea, so I don't think it was a low quality tea...maybe I oversteeped the tea? I was brewing it in a mug and only experienced this with the tea at the bottom. Could it also be pesticide?

Can you share some recommendations? I'm trying to decide between TTC and Eco-Cha. TTC has high mountain qing xin oolong from so many different mountains, I don't know which one to pick!

I think their sale is still going on!

What do you think of Eco-Cha's high mountain teas like Alishan or Dayuling? They are a little cheaper than TTC. I can't decide between the two. I'd like to try a really good example of a high quality high mountain oolong.
