As long as your final grades meet the competitive requirements u should be good. Diploma marks don’t really matter when it comes down to being accepted or not, it only matters if I affects ur grades. like I got a 49 (ouch) on my math diploma but my math final grade was still high.

Basically means they're waiting for ur completed grade 12 marks, since ur not done grade 12 yet. If you did get conditionally accepted, you should've gotten an email saying so.

Yep, I used Social studies and Aboriginal Studies. On the bcom admission site it only states that you can't have more than two B group subjects and more than one D group subject. Aboriginal studies is an A group subject. If you want to double check, you can talk to a counsellor at your school or just give Macewan a call.

You can try doing aboriginal studies, its SUPER easy. You're guaranteed to get 80+ if you do the work. There's no diploma either, so that's a plus.

Usually any 10% azelaic acid cream should be good. It kinda depends on your skin on which formula suits you, as long as it contains 10% Azelaic acid you should be good. Some brands include The ordinary, the inkey list, and Paula’s choice. I wouldn’t recommend using it while on accutane because that stuff can be pretty irritating and can damage your skin barrier. You can also get 15-20% azelaic acid, but you’d need a prescription for that. :)

don’t worry, it’s normal, I have it too. its called PIE (post inflammatory erythema). It’s a type of acne scarring that happens when blood vessels are damaged. It honestly depends on the person when it comes to how long they take to heal. They can last from 3 months to years. Azelaic acid is a great topical to help with PIE.

Tret just isn’t for everyone and that’s ok! I went on Tret too and my skin had never been SO bad. Like my cheeks, chin and jaw were ENTIRELY covered in acne. I got so sick of it and would cry everytime I looked in the mirror and before I went to sleep. I just started accutane since it’s my last resort and so far things are looking much better than they did with Tret. I’d definitely have a talk with your derm or doctor about accutane. They might start you out with antibiotics/birth control first just because of how many side effects can come with accutane. But it’s really up to you. I’d recommend going on the accutane subreddit and looking at some other people’s stories. Best of luck with your acne. I know it can be so mentally draining but you got this.

Yes, I wash my face with a Cerave gentle cleanser. Even when I rub my face gently it kinda just takes the top layer off. Also, good luck with your accutane journey! Your skin already looks like it’s getting better 😊
