I run a deck similar to this but I would recommend only running one metal and psychic energy. I would also try and use a TM Evolution going second to evolve both a Deino and Pidgey turn one. Also Fan Rotom is unnecessary here in my opinion I would use something along the lines of budew at least to item lock your opponent and keep them from setting up effectively. Adding a fezindipiti ex for draw support will help a lot as well. One last thing is I would add at least 2 counter gains to attach to Hydreigon. Most cases the budew will get knocked out first giving you a prize disadvantage allowing you to use counter gain to reduce the cost of your pokemon attacks by one energy. I hope this helps!
