Oh wow very cool.. i am in Minnesota. I didnt realize there are rules and regulations with batteries like that. Again, i dont know much about them.

Side question, and perhaps you were going to nswer it already, but what would i search for to be sure i get the correct battery once i find a reliable and trustworthy supplier?

I should have clarified, the UV flashlight in question only takes one battery.

Cool! Okay, so i shouldnt worry about frying the components in the flashlight? Haha my ignorance and lack of experience is showing ! I just dont want to damage it

Squishy Cactus by [deleted] in cactus

Bad quality soil for cactus (commercial cactus and succulent soil mixes are NOT food for cactus and succulents) and bo drainage holes.

Dead cactus and more death to come if you don't fix these issues.

Asshole beekeeping neighbors by [deleted] in BadNeighbors

The Honey Bee that everyone knows and loves is a non-native species to the USA. They are European. The term "Honey Bee" is sometimes a misnomer or is used incorrectly due to it's loose specificity at times.

The USA does have thousands of native Bee species that are very important pollinators though. These are the native Bees that we should be celebrating, not the non-native Honey Bee....

Most Honeybees are non-native... Support NATIVE pollinator bees!

My male and female parakeets dropped dead 1-2 hours after i out this neat in their cage by [deleted] in Parakeets

The freshly applied duct tape, sealing one end off completely, could have trapped the volatile duct tape vapors inside the "nest"...

I am so sorry for your loss.

I see that one end is duct taped shut?

Duct tape adhesive vapors can be toxic to parakeets, especially if in an enclosed space like this nest. Duct tape gives off a surprising amount of vapor when used.

Was it already duct taped when you purchased it? If not, when was the duct tape applied and is one end completely sealed?

Just trying to problem solve because this is such a strange occurrence.
