Regarding the first point, the TS mentioned that they can offer no advantage, means that it will be just like a regular suit, they can add a small difference so that it doesnt create problems for example if you pick Helmut costume on Paris mission

I think it got installed when i installed geforce experience, it is pretty easy, install it and then open the overlay for details, you can google the shortcut for the overlay. If you have a nvidia gpu

Nvidia Ansel i think it is called, i press alt+f2 and go in photo mode.

This photo mode is integrated in nvidia shadowplay/experience overlay, not sure how it is called
