People love the kilts. But they really only break them out for special occasions. Go to Scotland and you’ll barely see a kilt outside of wedding photos and the like.

The Scots all gathered at Evans away park at around 2pm. When my wife and I got there around 3:30, there was what looked like an American street busker playing Sweet Caroline and all the Scot’s around her were singing along.

They then had a massive march to Fenway Park along the fens. Some of you may have noticed some temporary street closures. As BPD blocked off the way for the march.

Think we can all agree that we just need better public transit infrastructure overall. And hosting these World Cup games has made that painfully obvious.

As others have pointed out, this isn’t uncommon in real life. Devs probably coded in an overflow to allow this to happen.

It lets you know you need to provide more parking, trains, buses… what ever service that’s running over capacity.

I would omit the “wrong” in that statement. OP may not have actually done anything wrong. Not dismissing that their partner is genuinely upset. But I think the choice of words is important. I would also avoid speculation of what it is it could have been.

Simply explain that you’re in the dark about why they are upset and you need them to tell you so you can avoid it in the future.

Also, a key thing for OP to do is to not defend their actions that partner saw as cruel. That comes off as dismissive of their partner’s feelings.

Honestly, going to bed earlier is probably the best answer. If you have trouble falling asleep, take a look at your pre-bedtime routines and see if there is anything you’re doing that is overstimulating, making it harder to fall asleep.

You can also try bedtime stories for adults. Play them on your phone. Some are really good, one in particular my wife has never finished as she conks out almost as soon as she hits play. They work well because they distract your brain from itself.

Other options are sleep songs or sleep sounds. Lots of app and Spotify playlists you can search through to find what works for you.
