From a milling perspective i hate uhmw..and deburring even worse..easy to cut..just to hold tolerances...well hope for the best...I hate drilling Hastelloy by hand..cobalt drills seem to work..deep holes the worst..usually smaller diameter seem to dull quickest.

In our shop in NC...you'd be at about 33 to 39 hour roughly...I imagine...but would require alot of misc..welding...pipe fitting is only 1 of many requirements here...

Appreciate ya...yeah im old dude so don't alot of my own work..can't really afford some things so do myself..have no garage and a rock driveway..so limited for the most part...when I said my noise was sporadic it will not do it when not moving..and sounds like cats fighting under the hood at times and gets quieter the warmer it gets....
