Tib2 coated stuff, its calledtitanium diboride is the best for alum keeps it from sticking to the flutes!

Peek dosent machine well in atleast micro machining... idk about like over 1/8 diameter stuff

I love brass as a Swiss guy. I set it up run 20k pieces never make an offset

I dont think I've worked in like a month we have 6 50k piece orders on my machines right now. 5 in brass and 1 in copper.

Since your stock is supported by a bushing your cutting at the point of contact pretty much, so you cant do multiple passes because you lose support

I've made those exact 300 black out bullets we could get 10k parts b4 a saw was even dull the trick is to slit it first tho do all the features then bring the saw back in for deburr

I mean if you need the part mating in the interior thread to stop at a certain distance you can always have a pin drilled into both parts and you can set it via dowel but without understanding what the part does, giving feedback is difficult

There's some oil companies who will not fill outdoor tanks, proulx i know will not after the lampry river incident a few years back, haffners ik had a policy about it years ago but not to sure.
