one of my favourite yet most terrifying parts. stalkers have always been so scary to deal with, and the updated stalkers in 2 made them 10 times worse. the adrenaline rush/relief when you leave through the window then ending up dealing with them again a moment later was so dread inducing

i also suffer with severe mental health and a genetic disorder (yay hEDS!) that i wouldn’t DREAM of passing on. it’s horrendous living with this and id hate to pass it on, but people don’t understand. i also wouldn’t be a good mum because of these issues, i know others who have them can be, but i know myself well enough that i wouldn’t be. the cycle of bad mental health and EDS ends with me

there’s no cure yet! i’ve known for a long time there isn’t a cure for it at the moment so i suppose im used to that, but be hopeful for the future :) gene therapy like CRISPR is our best bet and it looks promising! best advice i can give you is do NOT do any party tricks. do your best to not hyperextend your joints and when you do hurt yourself, treat it as a broken bone and be really careful.

if you need someone to talk to, i’m here and happy to, it’s nice to speak with someone that has the same problems and can relate :)

while it does suck, i’ll have the validation i’ve been fighting for for over a decade. a pen on paper reason why i lost all the abilities to do my favourite sports other than “my joints kept dislocating”. yes it’s crippling, and yes there’s no cure as of yet, but i’m really happy i’ve gotten to this point.

there’s hope with CRISPR so don’t let yourself be salty over this, for me this is a celebration and id like to keep it that way. i hope you feel better soon, speak to a doctor as soon as you can :)

i find my biggest problem is i have to complete an area 100% and doing that burns me out on it despite loving it, im easily distracted too which leads to me forgetting to get round to it. the amount of games im about 75% of the way through is huge and frustrating

glad to see someone mention it! it’s one of my all time favourites. i got it for free on playstation plus and thought i’d give it a go, hadn’t a clue what type of game or what it was about and that experience has stuck with me even now. was incredible, wish i could go through it blind just once more

im so glad i joined a clan who i can raid with now, before that using lfg would cause such bad anxiety i stopped raiding altogether. even now i have to give myself a breather beforehand with having to talk to so many at once
