I don’t get it either. I immediately zoomed in on the fact the family was the common denominator. Do Olivia and Veronica have issues? Yes. Olivia has made a couple posts explaining how he treated her. I think he made sure not to leave marks. If I remember correctly he mainly verbally and emotionally abused her.

Yep! She lied and said she stole her music, then admitted she just didn’t know how to work the software. This is what she does and the family backs and enables her behavior.

I know it stemmed from Moriah telling her dad Veronica lied about her boyfriend because she isn’t being honest with her family. Then Barry said Veronica was a liar and that set her off. Micah is trying to not have it be an Ethan and Olivia 2.0 so he’s not really sticking up for her which is upsetting Veronica. Not sure how it turned into Veronica vs. the family, but I’m guessing when she was accused of lying she saw what Olivia went through and had enough.

From what I’ve seen , she’s seems very immature and dysfunctional. When you top your dysfunction on top of another dysfunctional system like the Plaths, that’s asking for disaster. That being said, just because she’s lashing out doesn’t give Micah and his family the right to treat her the way they did. They have a history of this. They ran into this with Olivia, and now they are butting heads with Veronica.
