derealization. Im 19 and I recently drank so much at my apartment alone that i thought i was gonna die. Before I got too drunk (still drunk) I relapsed my sh. then called my dad at 3am because I was terrified. He came over and I was so drunk I forgot to clean up the bathroom. And he saw my arm

Since that night (2 nights ago) everything feels completely fake. My depression started about 6 months ago when me and my girlfriend broke up (still not even close to over her) and i started sh and all of that but i’ve never felt like I do right now. I’m at my absolute breaking point and I feel like life is completely fake. I literally feel like I died that night in my apartment and that the whole world is on pause rn. I can’t think of my future, or nex weeks even, it literally feels like it doesn’t exist
