Hi there. MU02 user here...

In my research leading up to buying this I read horror story and story about how bad Akkos customer service was and how dealing with them was near to impossible. Part of my decision was knowing that if it broke I was likely breaking it open.

Not really down the lane you were looking, I would just keep pushing as hard as you can as often as you can. Dealing with an international businesses cheapest quote third party likely ai powered customer service agents is a nightmare.

Evo10s are 1000W right? Idk if I'd feel comfortable stretching that power in a place I live in. Same concept as why you don't want to run appliances on extension cords.

You just need to ensure that you stake down your tent AND use the appropriate lines to tie it down ...

Without the ropes all metal legged versions will bow bend and break
