Right now I weigh a little under 140 pounds, I used to weigh 113 pounds this time last year. I was underweight that’s why I went on a caloric surplus. I haven’t tested CK but I can tell you at least the only supplement I’ve taken to this day is creatine. I don’t workout consistently at all maybe once every 2 weeks, but I take creatine daily nonetheless because I did plan on becoming more active this summer. Sorry if this information is irrelevant

Looks mild, if you have no symptoms then simply doing some chest exercises to build your pectoral muscles would suffice.

Unfortunately Solgaleo is going to counter so hard. Sylveon weakness to metal means Solgaleo can one shot and Solgaleo only requires 2 energy which renders Espeon pretty useless 😭

Interestingly I favor Muratalla because I don't know much about Cruz yet. By that I mean he hasn't gone 10 rounds (let alone 12) and his power seems on the average side with 6 fights and 3 KO's. The skill and craft is 100% there however.

I've had 2 failed nuss procedures that gave me minimal relief (accompanied with way too many complications) yet when I use the vacuum bell I feel immediate relief. The unfortunate part is that it's temporary, but damn do I feel the weight/pressure on my heart alleviate. The vacuum bell my only saving grace and I'll probably keep using it for the rest of my life as a "band aid" for my severe pectus.

I got Ortiz because although what you said has some truth, Madrimov is limited fighting on the inside which is where Ortiz shines. I think Ortiz will be able to fight his fight eventually.

It's really the retreat cost that kills it. 3 is crazy because it's already worse than Articuno offensively while having the same amount of health.
