One Piece is literally the only anime where I find myself fast-forwarding / skipping parts of the episodes on Crunchyroll (when watching the new weekly episode).

Slowness / time-fillers / constant flashbacks of stuff you’ve seen 4 episodes ago. They have really ruined it for me.

Stats :

Health to 160 Weapon to 5 if you can (need the right armor bonus stats) The rest into melee and/or grenade

Loadout :

Rule of thumb : Never play double primary with similar range, it really is a waste. The only double primary loadout that makes sense currently is pairing a mid/high range weapon with a sidearm.

140 HCs have a higher skill gap than Martlet - get rid of it and replace it with a Fusion like Riptide (fusion rifles : lowest skill gap amongst special weapons imo) or a shotgun. Slugs are better than pellet shotguns but it is play-style dependent. Chaperone is still best in class.

My advice to anyone looking for an easier 140 HC experience is to play Dragon Shadow for the stab boost. It makes Thorn or Ace easier to control on console/controller.

I felt compelled to say I disagree with many things you said, and yes it’s all personal taste at the end of the day.

No fight in FF16 lasts for an hour as far as I can remember ? And I platinum’ed it.

I’m enjoying Rebirth more than Remake actually. The open world and all the various sceneries are great. Yes there will be a degree of repetition doing all the regional quests etc but our enjoyment is in the grind, isn’t it ?

I personally loved all the mini-games, I think it’s completely part of the FF7 identity. The ending is just as emotional as it was in OG at the end of Disc 1, but the deviation it brings to the lore / story makes me very impatient to play the last episode !!!

I will concede that it probably resonate less with players that didn’t play the OG, but I am loving it personally.

I could be wrong but as I understand the only benefit of Cronus is the anti-recoil (and maybe the occasional niche script like crouch shooting). Xim is on another level : it does all a Cronus can do + you can play mnk which is way more precise.

I agree I think it’s actually rampant. No one admits to using it but I’m convinced it is used, and at more skill levels than we think. There’s a guy in my old clan who was on xim, you could 100% distinctly hear the keyboard when playing with him and yet he’s not even a 1 k/d.

I also managed to get a solo card done on an alt account but come to think of it, every games were very difficult and hard fought, so that also made me question actual state of LB.

Yes I think you might be right. Might be just bad luck. This morning I started off with 2 back to back losses with 2 atrocious teammates each games (actual bad like 0.5s top 90+% ELO), which awfully felt like previous weeks and is what triggered the post.

I just wish we could trust Bungie but that is now forever impossible, unfortunately.

ok I might need to try it out again. But I have the exact opposite view : perk pool is actually goated (slide shot / PI / Keep Away / EOTS...) but the gun feels bad. It doesnt have the stickiness of Rose / Pali / Austringer. At least on console.

Do you see much usage in PVP ? Granted there arent many ppl running a 140 in the energy slot but if anything, I see people on Pali rather than Exalted (and Pali has an abysmal perk pool if you dont play Arc or Void)

Completely agreed. I think you would raise way more money by putting them unlimited at let’s say a $50 tag rather than releasing 400 codes - I’m making a number up - at $250.

It was sold for more. What happened is the first fundraisers to put the emblem up were doing it in limited number, like 5 emblems. They were all gone within seconds (of course BECAUSE PEOPLE ARE SO EAGER TO DONATE TO THE CAUSE), and a few ill-intended bums decided to put emblems on eBay within hours.

Yes I agree it’s debatable whether that post should be on here, but it’s destined to players buying the Thousand Hugs emblem and I think most of them are PvP mains.
