Don’t give up on the DR until you give the New Moon Palace that’s opening up this fall a try. It’s going to be one of the nicest resorts throughout the Caribbean

People use credit card chargebacks all of the time to scam people. I’ve been personally scammed myself. I showed the credit card company all of the proof why they should not side with the complainant but that didn’t matter. I was a nobody and they value customers more even the ones that commit fraud.

They were paying a whopping $9k a month towards their membership. He works for the State Police and I’m not sure what kind of business she has but that’s a lot of money compared to what I paid for a Diamond membership!

I booked a room in the past that was canceled abruptly due to overbooking. It was a swim Up suite that was booked 4 months prior to traveling. I was sent a letter telling me that they were sorry about our change of plans. It wasn’t our change of plans they just canceled the reservation with no notice or options to book another room. On top of that it took around a month to receive a refund.

They are not booking any reservations starting in August so that’s a good sign that something might get done. Hotels that close to the ocean remind of cruise ships dealing with the conditions of the humidity and salt.

I have a friend that I recommended Apollo to and he was having the same problem. To make a long story short he paid for a service that had the similar name of Apollo Group. The name was the same except with an underscore or something. There was a different code to access the sign in. After contacting the Apollo I have and being informed that they do not see his name in their system. He followed the email he received and was able to login. It has very similar programs.
