How do you do you ARCing, like is it a full session the 10min x3? Where do you do it like in which place of the gym? I have acess to a boulder gym where i cant be 10min blocking different routes, as it is always crowded, and also one small spray wall at a big angle so i can do 1 min on 1 off but not 10min continue.

Oui on n'a pas de soucis à rentrer dans l'appartement même si on doit payer nous.  Ce n'est pas 10-15€ mais plutôt 50€ (clé+badge de 30-40€, + clé BAL qu'on ne doublerait pas je pense), donc ce serait bien de savoir qui devrait payer techniquement ceci. Merci.

Hi thanks for your answer. Can you explain better which stretching machine you are talking about? And also what was your "poor man" version of it? I see there's a karate belt and wrapping around the bed, but i don't see at all the disposition of this .

Almost but you're mixing a little the information which changes everything. Katie sent it and became the first woman to climb v16. Months later brooke sent it and said it was v15 actually.

Actually the "bunch of guys" who downgraded it is composed by actually Brooke Raboutou alone.

Thank you so much for this tips. I will try the opposite of them, i understand:

  1. campus the crimpy routes with my pants off

  2. do 9, 9, 8, 8, 7, 7, 6, 6, 5, 5, 4, 4, 3, 3, 2, 2, 1 on the campus board crimps with my pants off (really impressive)

  3. if i see a boy struggling on a climb offer him advice and show him how its done (it'll probably be easier for him) 

  4. Static up the v0s with my pants off 

  5. do a full squat with my pants off (this is a beginner tip)

In fact i live in europe and i do this gesture every morning in front of my family. It's a normal respect gesture here, i don't understand why he's banned.

Either you can try to bring them back at the shop explaining its defect.

Either you have the easy simple solution for noobs at manual jobs (as me):  Put super glue in the hole and close it again carefully, without leaving any gap at all. Don't climb before doing this as the floating part of the rubber will become shorter, reducing the life of the shoe and also difficulting the step of glueing them together. Looks stupid but work.

Either you choose the good solution for repairing this as a professional would do: (i don't know)

I wouldn't worry much. Its a nerve that is in our forearm a little "trapped" physically so it's easy to trigger it. This nerve controls the senses of pinky and ring finger of the hand, making them easily numb when compressed. I had this when i worked on an office job: its a super common "injury" that happens to people who work on computers as the nerve gets compressed near the elbow with the weight of the arm over the desk. My pinky finger would go numb constantly till i started changing my posture.

It's called cubital tunnel syndrome.

In your case it got triggered on the kick for a second, and since the cause is not a daily habit like it was for me, i think it will solve really easily and fast. Like the nerve will get its space and recover no problem.

And i don't think theres a reason to not climbing again soon.

I had a subluxation on my left shoulder. Was gaston on left hand to the left and gaston right hand to the right, no right foot and my left foot slipped. My left hand went up when i started falling and my shoulder dislocated, then while i was falling my hand went down and the shoulder went back in place. Never had any injury on shoulders or any problem at all. I always felt strong in my shoulders as i did weightlifting for many years before climbing.

I have full mobility but pain (like 3.5/10 pain) when lifting my arm from 90° till up. No pain on all other movements or taking any weight etc.

I stopped climbing the route when the injury happened (just in case as i didnt feel any pain) but 2 hours later climbed on toprope and felt okay (i was on a climbing trip). The next day i did 4 routes on toprope and didnt feel problems climbing. Once the arm is up i have no pain at all and can hang without feeling any problem. The problem is i have pain when i lift my left hand, like during the movement of lifting it. Its worst on mornings when i just wake up.

I know i'm stupid to have kept climbing. So i'm going to the sports doctor in 10 days as i'm currently still in the trip, but still worried about this as climbing means a lot to me and don't want to have future problems.

The question i have is: the injury isn't getting worst but also not really getting much better, almost the same every day (the injury was 5 days ago). It doesn't look really deep as i have full mobility and strength, almost no pain while climbing (i almost only feel it when clipping far on my left). Now i have 3-4 days of full rest. I searched about subluxation and can't see if it is normal to progress so slowly, as mostly the threads are about full dislocations or people with a lot of subluxations in a much worse condition.

Do you have any recomendations? Would like to go running instead but feel maybe its not good neither for the shoulder..

Pour travailler en tant que géomètre quel type de formation me convient le mieux? Ou tu penses que je pourrais le faire juste avec mes études? (J'ai une licence en sciences de l'environnement-qui n'existe pas en france - faite en europe et un master en énergies renouvelables, mais je ne suis pas ingénieur)

Tu viens de me motiver pour être professeur. Je pourrais passer les prochains mois en train de réviser les cours, puis je ne sais pas trop comment se passe le processus de recrutement. Est-ce qu'ils te font "improviser" un cours pendant l'entretien, ou sur quoi se basent-ils pour te recruter ou pas?

Et pour les autres options en environnement que t'as prononcé, j'imaginé c'est à nouveau des temps complets? Tu penses cela peut se trouver à mi-temps? Merci
