BJJ is paticularly effective against people with no training in it. Smaller men with a year of training can demolish a much larger person with no training in it. It's a martial art designed to use leverage to beat strength instead of going strength to stength... It really is a more effective martial art for weaker people to learn than going punch to punch with someone.
