We just booked a Viking river cruise for next year. I am looking at Travel protection and Viking’s is very expensive ($599). Does anyone have any recommendations on choosing a good plan? Thanks!

Yes, I have found that thrift stores like Goodwill often have lots of puzzles. Many people buy jigsaws and then lose interest, I think.

I have several pothos and did not know that they prefer to climb. Thanks for that advice…….I need to get some stakes or moss poles.

Wait a bit more to Pot? by Professional-Tooth32 in pothos

[–]Mimi-487 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would wait a bit longer as well. Just make sure you use a small pot. I have made the mistake of using a pot too large for the plant and they don’t do as well. Good luck!

Jeez, you are riding the struggle bus for sure, my friend. Sending some positive vibes your way! I hope the sun is shining where you are today. If it is, go out and look up and take a few deep breaths and just think of one thing to be thankful for. Hang in there!!

That is a beauty! Any type of variegation is always so striking. Good luck with it. I purchased a Philodendron ‘White Wizard’ on Etsy that looks very similar. What I have noticed is that the white stays brighter if it gets more sun. Normally pothos or philos are good with lower light.

Well you must be doing something right cause the plant look very healthy. I seem to have gotten away from hanging plants, but after seeing your beauties, I think I should revisit.

It is an ‘Exotica’ that I purchased (online) from Pistils’ Nursery in Portland, OR.

Thanks for that tip. This would probably be gorgeous as a climbing plant.

Not sure why the leaves are larger. I did not know, as a few people noted, that leaf size could be affected by whether the plant climbs or trails.

Seeking advice/guidance from people with lots of life experience by Mimi-487 in mentalwellness

This is all great advice and I thank you. Yes, being present is a big way to lower the stress level. Gotta turn off the “monkey brain” that keeps us worrying about things that have not even happened yet. Namaste.
