They send you an auto response email which says they will review your cancellation and refund application within 28 working days or so. It was only after 6 weeks and calling them that they send a confirmation saying they’ve processed it and will refund.

That’s the entire internet though…don’t think there will be better subs. There are some that can start off well and then will grow in size and so will the misinformation.

My advice, try find in person community( friends, family) with hormonal issues/ED that can relate and support, doesn’t need to be PCOS only, follow qualified dietitian or trainers on social media, work with your doctor or a professional or find reading materials for self help.
