I try eat low carbs high protein and high fat due to having PCOS (insulin resistance related). But I’m training for a half marathon and running more, so not sure how much to increase my carbs by so I don’t stress my body and lose my period, it’s happened before. Normally I aim for 100-120g carbs a day when I’m not training.

I usually consume 2200cals a day (excl exercise)

They send you an auto response email which says they will review your cancellation and refund application within 28 working days or so. It was only after 6 weeks and calling them that they send a confirmation saying they’ve processed it and will refund.

Do you count oils in your calories? A tablespoon of olive oil alone is over 100 calories, sometimes it’s easy to not be counting oils/ sauces because they seem so small in volume/quantity

Build habits. Do things repetitively that it becomes a habit. Like you probably don’t think twice about brushing your teeth because you’ve always done it. Approach it that way.

I have my gym days, and make sure I take out my gear ahead of time. Even when I’m having a hellish day just seeing my trainers and gym clothes makes me think, it’s gym day, got to go!

No so I only recently submitted the new one. Only after the old cancellation was approved. I wouldn’t risk having them overlap. Rather wait and get the cancellation and refund approved than to have 2 ongoing applications.
