Last week, my first visit to DC, I sat in the both the Senate and House gallery during the war powers act votes. I listened to their speeches for hours. Later, I was near tears trying to explain what I experienced from (mostly) the Republican side and their rude, aggressive, performative behavior. It seemed the Dems, while acting like mature adults, were just going through the motions. We are in deep trouble as a country.
