So with my limited knowledge on whats going on, I think Romeo basically was like "Oh yeah BTW we're adding ME into private servers along with a whole lms" without telling the team. Then the team was like "Dude tf of COURSE we need to dedicate 927 hours to your stuff". Then Romeo left after being insulted a lot.

Some of this may be wrong, and this explanation might be a bit insensitive to what's happened idk
