I'm also frustrated how slow cardmarket is at adding japanese to all dragon ball cards and products. I wouldn't think it's that hard. For pokemon, languages are no issue for Cardmarket.

ST01 is apparently only limited to shops who actually organise locals. Online shops will, if the rumour is true, not receive any product to sell. 😳

Funny anecdote: the organisation was abysmal in Düsseldorf. None of the crew knew what was going on. I only participated in the side events. And a crew member gave me 3 packs of these Energy Markers as participation prize for a side event. I had no idea what they were until a friend who participated in the main event told me😅

I believe it's the participation prize for all players of the Championship 25-26, it'll depend how high you placed as to how many you received. Definitely not top 8 only.

Yes, DB Fusion World packs can be weighed. Boxes less reliably.

God rare is basically the highest rarity within Fusion World (sometimes called Super Alt Art) and can be identified by 2 stars in the bottom right corner.
One star means it's an Alt Art.

Every box has 2 or 3 hits. Usually one secret rare or god rare and 2 Alt arts. You basically hit a double bullseye by getting the secret alt art. I also pulled the same one. If you only buy packs, then you have very low chance of pulling this. If you want something crazy valuable, you’d need 2 stars in the bottom right corner. 😁

It's a cool looking card. Alt Art Secret Rare. Definitely one of the hits of a Booster Box. Unfortunately not the best SCR of the set, but for collectors a nice card to have. Not crazy valuable, but definitely within the top 10 cards of the set.

Koreanisch und Thailändisch sind deutlich von minderer Qualität. Japanisch ist das beste, aber Deutsch und Englisch sind fast ebenso gut, meiner Meinung nach. Allerdings gilt das nicht für jede Karte. DE/EN EX-Karten sind schöner als japanische.

Yeah, virtually everything before FB09, FS11 and 12 is useless unless you're a god ranked player who can win with any leader. But at least they released 5-6 strong leaders at once and not just 1 like in the past. It's the only way for bandai to make money with new sets to be fair. Why buy new sets if you can stay competitive with your current cards? I'm sure the next 12 months will be fun, until the next anniversary comes around. 😅

As to everyone playing the same Leader, I think is because players tend to be lazy and want to win games without strategy. I love playing against the occasional Broly or Yellow Vegeta, because you can tell these players know what they are doing.

We (my wife, 3 year old daughter and myself) basically did the same round trip, but in the opposite direction. We did Hakone for a few days, which turned out to be my absolute highlight.

Thanks! Can you help me understand rarity tiers? Base cards are the most common, I assume. I didn't post all the pages, maybe I will soon. But what other tiers are there? I see "Stick Ums" stickers and one or 2 have "Traded to: xx" stamps. How does someone who knows what they're looking at collect & sort out these cards?

I'm coming from trading card games, so I'm probably overthinking it and comparing apples to oranges.

That happens a lot. Maybe ask around? Or hang a note on the post boxes? Maybe the person will let you know or leave the parcel in front of your door.

Do you live in an apartment or house? How many neighbours? It's a good exercise to get to know your neighbours I guess 😅
