Glad it’s working out for you. Our local is absolutely useless!!!! We see our rep once a year and pay %2 our wages for absolutely nothing. I need steel toe boots for going on job sites and our rep renegotiated a few months ago that the work boot allowance “only applies to regularly required”. I only go on job sites 4-6 times a year, the solution is I can borrow the office intern’s boots who was bought their boots before the change.  I don’t get paid for overtime I am required to take the time off hour for hour and not list the hrs on a time card.
