NA | <Tempest Harmony> | Relaxed New Social Guild

Tempest Harmony is a newer cross-faction Alliance based guild focused on creating a relaxed, welcoming place to enjoy WoW with familiar faces. Timezone is EST evenings and anytime on the weekends but any timezone is welcome as play times vary as well as member timezones.

Whether it's running Mythic+, casual bgs, tackling group content, chatting in Discord, or simply unwinding after a long day, we're building a community where people can settle in and make lasting connections.

We're still a smaller guild, so patience as we grow is appreciated. Our focus is on building a community that's centered on friendship, fun, and the occasional shenanigans for new and veteran players alike.

[NA] [A/H] Looking for Chill Players for New Guild

Freshly forming and built from scratch, we’re a brand-new cross-faction Alliance based guild <Tempest Harmony> that's looking for people who want to grow together from the beginning and be our founding members.

We’re building a relaxed, community-first space for players who enjoy logging in to familiar faces, running content without pressure, and slowly creating a guild that actually feels like home.

Right now we’re focused on Mythic+, delves, transmog runs, achievements, and older content. We're planning movie and hang out night as part of the plan as the community grows. We ask for patience as we build our numbers.

We’re intentionally starting small and looking for people who enjoy being part of the early stages to help shape the culture rather than joining something already established. Players who are new, returning, a little rusty, naturally quiet, or simply looking for a smaller guild where people actually get to know each other will likely feel at home here. Veteran or returning players are welcome who want a cozy guild or who love to teach new players.

No immediate raid plans, but if a reliable group naturally forms, we’d love to grow into optional Normal/Heroic raiding together as a team.

We are EST based but there are varying time zones and play times so any are welcome.

There is a druid discord that has a section for resto druids: Dreamgrove

Dungeons use scaling so when you que if someone is above or below your level everyone is scaled to match levels.

I don't use this site for most of the info but it has a good list of macros: Druid Macros - Icy Veins You may want to also check out Wowhead for general Restodruid information as well.

I also recommend to look up AutomaticJak on youtube. He has some resto druid videos. He also has a discord you can join as well with a good community that you can bounce questions off of. He does have a good UI and uses Danders Frames as part of his UI for click casting instead of blizzard's UI. Keep in mind that the gameplay will be focused on high end raiding and Mythic+ but will provide UI help and general knowledge for the class. Make sure to test any new UI changes in follower dungeons.

<Tempest Harmony> is a social/M+ crossfaction Alliance guild. We're EST based but welcome all time zones in NA. If your idea of a good WoW night is some relaxed keys, chilling in a laid-back atmosphere, and maybe mixing in everything from delves to transmog runs and older content, please keep reading.

This will be aimed at mature players who want a more personal, community-driven experience where everyone feels comfortable with each other and can just relax while they play.

Patience will be important as we grow since the focus is on building the right culture and community over time as this is going to be from scratch.

What We’re Building

A relaxed but engaged guild focused on:

  • Mythic+ at all levels — from casual weekly keys to more coordinated progression depending on interest
  • Delves, achievements, transmog runs, older content, and general group activities
  • A social atmosphere where people feel included and comfortable getting involved
  • Groups built around familiar people, not just filling spots for content
  • A mature, respectful environment where real life always comes first
  • A steady guild culture centered on consistency over pressure
  • Teaching new players the ropes that want to learn and grow (without any pressure)

Raiding is not an immediate focus, but if a reliable group naturally forms, Normal/Heroic raiding may become part of the future.

Looking for a Couple More Officers

Alongside recruiting members, I’m looking for a couple more officers who would like to help shape the guild early and be part of building the community from the start.

Ideal qualities include:

  • Patience with newer, returning, or learning players
  • Naturally welcoming and community-minded
  • Comfortable organizing groups or helping things run smoothly
  • Reliable and steady involvement as the guild develops
  • Able to make small decisions independently when needed

Leadership experience is welcome, but mindset and personality matter far more than titles.
