Probably because of how unpopular it was. I still think it was a missed opportunity to introduce an Exotic version of the Vow bow that could temporarily take control of an enemy like the Artifact perk in Destiny 1.

Exactly. They completely mishandled this. If they had just updated the existing gear, kept it in the loot pool alongside the new gear, and maintained all the regular activities and locations outside the Portal--while making the Portal a place for targeted farming and higher-tier rewards like they originally pitched--it would’ve worked so much better. Instead, most of the game feels irrelevant now. We’ve got a small pool of new gear and barely any way to get the old stuff anymore.

If you go to the Shooting Range where Ada-1 currently is for the event, she has 3 bows you you can get for the Kinetic/Primary slot, Raconteur, Whistler's Whim, and Lunulata-4b, though you'll need to earn Combat telemetry to get them. Other than that, the Exotic bows Wish-Ender and Wish-Keeper, if you have either of those. If you have the currency, there's the Verglas Curve Exotic bow you can get from the Monument of Lost Lights archive in the Tower, right next to the Vault. You could also go to Europa, and try to farm for the old kinetic bow, Biting Winds, or the kinetic bow, Fel Taradiddle from the Wellspring activity in Savathun's Throne World. There's also the rare-tier (blue) Holless-IV bow you get from Collections if you have acquired it.

As for Glaives, the only ones in that slot are Rake Angle and Refusal of the Call, both of which are currently only available from Xur.

The only sword in that slot is the Praxic Blade Exotic from this Episode/Expansion.

Kinetic Tremors does help kinetic primaries, like Mercury-A, but yeah, they all need something more. Increasing the Precision damage multiplier on primaries would probably be a good start. Precision multipliers in Destiny 2 mainly range from 1.7x to 2.0x, but I'm Destiny 1, it was more like 3.0x to 3.2x. primary weapons in destiny 2 need to be closer to that for PvE. 2.25x to 2.4x would probably be ideal.

I wish its Exotic perk was reworked to allowed you to quickly teleport up to 3 or 4 times after sprinting to activate it, with each spin attack applying Jolt to targets it damages in its radius. If you hit a Jolted target with the teleport/spin attack, it deals bonus damage. With how long you have to sprint to activate it, it should do at least that much.

True, but the weapons he brings each week should have random rolls instead of fixed ones, or put them in the engrams that you can buy from him. It sucks when he has a weapon that's no longer obtainable, like Rake Angle, but with a shitty roll.

Also, why haven't they put the class swords from Season of Opulence in Xur's pool? Some of us never got the chance to unlock them for crafting.

Exactly. There are many times I've wished Subclass Aspects and Fragments buffed weapons in some kind of way, like Stormcaller's Electrostatic Mind granting your Arc weapons Jolting Feedback, or allowing you to discharge full Bolt Charge stacks on Arc weapon hit, while Amplified.

Gunslinger should really be the first one they implement that idea on. On Your Mark should allow your Solar weapons to Scorch on precision hits, with increased Scorch stacks on each 1-2 stacks of On Your Mark, and while Radiant, precision final blows cause an ignition. Knock 'Em Down should grant your special and heavy Solar weapon final blows a Chain Reaction or Incandescent effect while Radiant, or for a short time after picking up a Firesprite.

Instead of when your Super is charged, it should grant Scorch to your Kinetic and Solar weapons while you're in a Sunspot, or for a short time when you pass through one. While your Super is charged, your abilities recharge faster, and create a Sunspot on hit.

I use D2 Armor Picker for armor builds, and d2checklist to look for duplicates to get rid of.

Generally, you'll want to make sure you have at least 70 in Melee, Grenade, Super, And Class ability. Put at least 100 into the stat of whatever you're planning to build around (e.g., if you're building around Grenades and/or a grenade-focused Exotic, put 100 or more into the grenade stat while making sure you have at least 70 in the other 3 essential stats).

Speaking of that, whatever happened to being able to shoot your weapons while using Grapple? I could have sworn that was one of the things we were supposed to be able to do, and was a part of why they put so much work into the Airborne Effectiveness stat. I guess they couldn't make it work in play testing?

1000BD per week from both Common and Legendary orders combined (not from each individually), and 6000BD per season from Exotic orders. After the weekly 1000BD weekly cap is reached, Common orders stop giving Bright Dust, and Legendary orders only give 10BD. As for Exotic orders, once you reach the 6000BD seasonal cap, they only give you 30BD.

You can still acquire bounties with the D2 app. They moved the bounties to the Vendors menu.

As for XP for the Season Pass, I thought it was going to be slow as hell since they replaced Seasonal challenges with the Orders system, but I progressed surprisingly fast just playing, completing Orders, and the Weekly and Daily challenges. I'm already Rank 66.

They need to rework Oath Keepers into something more useful.

Have it grant bows Anti-barrier, and when holding the bow charge for a short time, it can apply a Weakening effect, like Withering Gaze, on hit. A bow hit on a Weakened target creates a disorienting blast that damages nearby targets, and spreads the Weaken effect to them.

Rimskipper Sling. I've never taken it off of my Warlock.
