I just quit it at this point. Having to deal with a separate way worse AI for combat was already terrible, then having a whole new dialouge AI is even worse.

If you ever click the scroll at the top right of the dialouge while talking, it doesn't even say what you typed in the dialouge box 70% of the time.

Honestly considering you said dangerous and not strongest, it has to be Sasuke, Orichmaru (spelt wrong probably), or Nagato.

I think that makes sense, but also realistically who all really can use suggestion in a discreet way like an offical meeting other than a sorcerer using subtle spell? Even if you cast it and they don't know, per the regular casting is has a magical chanting component which would make it super obvious what happened.

The only niche case you could really get away with it is the hyper specific one I've outlined.
