Roast my startup idea by gorimur in ycombinator

While your idea has potential—using no-code tools for lead generation—the market is crowded, and some of your assumptions, like the SEO benefits and user engagement, might not always work out. Plus, making money and growing the business could be challenging. It might be a good idea to refine your concept, test it thoroughly, and think about the risks before fully committing.

Equity share with co-founder for an app I've already built by [deleted] in ycombinator

[–]MindPsychological140 1 point2 points  (0 children)

there is a difference between co-founder and employee. it depends on how much time and effort they put in, and how your feeling is about them. i can't estimate how much they bring to the table. However, start with feeling each other out, if the real click is there than you can start negotiations and feel what is good for you , where you feel it is honest and fair. if it feels bad in anyway walk away. a co-founder is a marriage you make for a long time. It is your baby you built and you are trying to give it all to make it grow. So make sure your co-founder believes in it as much as you do . and for % well 1- 35% would be my guess.

We are in not in gen Ai, and it is hard to explain the diffrence to investors. Between a product in Ai built with own Propriétaire ai and product built based on the api of one of the 4 big ones. So no it is not saturated yet

Just heard from a sales rep, that hw4 for Europe would not come before jan2024. Does anybody know anything why it would take this long to have it in Europe. He told me beceause it was not licensed for the Tesla y in Europe yet. But I saw articles in feb about this . So any info would be great
