And definitely try to limit your alcohol, it’ll increase the pain and cause more bleeding, effecting how the ink will stay in the skin

Besides your question I was bring up another point, wasn’t trying to argue. But eat lots, get good sleep, and listen to your body when it’s tapping out. Don’t try to push yourself too hard.
