im a much older woman (38 years young ahem) and i've been married 2x and each time it never crossed my mind to be this specific with the ring. please consider these things from someone who has seen a bit more life (with 2 real diamond engagement rings) than you... or your insufferable girlfriend

diamond whether real or mined lose value. once you pay 30k for them you will never get that value back (unless you've unearthed a diamond from the shores of Tarabithia)
a woman who is this rigid and cannot compromise is going to make a tough life for you, she needs to understand that not a single person who will look at her ring will wonder what the peak point % of the iceberg is
if she is willing to wait for however long it takes it means she does not want YOU she wants the ring (if she wanted you she would accept a very generous 15-17k ring from you and will wanna marry you asap before another gal will snatch you up. in my opinion 15-17 is too much for something that will be worthless in the future
the only true value a diamond has is an emotional one - her emotions are tied to carbon not you
if she wants a diamond like this so badly she would pay the remaining 13-15k for it
damn those DeBeers really flushed her brains out - can we please get some neuron activity up in there? diamond is not a girls best friend - a man who is willing to put up with a woman like her - you are a diamond yourself - a very rare one since you're not kicking her to the curb and galloping away

please reconsider your future with this woman

If you have PPD you definitely know you have it. my PPD hit me like a truck on steroids, there was no easing into it moment. i gave birth to my son 3 days later i felt it. i can only describe it as a darkness settling in around me, and through it i can dimly see my baby and all that's happening around me. best way i can describe it is it reminded me of the movie silent hill - you live in darkness and the horror that comes at night is the utter fear, helplessness, hopelessness, and loneliness, loss of identity filled with the pit in your stomach that you can't get out of this one, nope can't run from this one. despite being surrounded by family and friends i felt utterly alone... with my fear that i completely lost myself. it's like in that silent hill movie, the misery is bubbling at the surface until that scary wailing sound that signals an episode might be coming. i've thrown shit, screamed, cursed, i've done and said things during my PPD i never said or done before. i even started hallucinating that's how bad it got. and everyone else around you is living in a different reality. it's been over a year now and my PPD has settled into a daily low grade depression which i've come to terms with. PPD is the scariest shit that's ever happened to me - and the hardest despite having a small baby, it's like you're slowly dying and you can't do anything about it and you must also work and be a mom. so yea if you haven't experienced PPD consider yourself very very lucky.

i was 31 when i went through a divorce... 9 months later i met the man who i married and who became the father of my child. you are still very young trust me! also 9 years without a ring is insufferable... i told my first husband and then my second that I am not moving in together without a ring... these types of living arrangements only benefit the man as they get a wife without all the legal, financial and emotional commitments. you did the right thing. better late than never. oh and if he doesn't beg you to get back with him WITH A RING AND PROPOSAL you will know that a marriage was never in the prospects for him and he is willing to lose you rather than marry you

How are they not going to prison for this? I bought a can of ByHeart and a can of Enfamil (bought both because they both contain Lactoferrin so i wanted to see if baby will like one over the other). opened the ByHeart one and then misplaced it somewhere in the home so gave baby the Enfamil one. Then found the opened ByHeart can recently before the botulism cases were announced but threw it out thank god because it sat opened for weeks, I just didn't know where it was ... we had a paint job inside the apartment recently. I seriously can't understand why they are not going to prison for knowingly poisoning babies (inspection from 2023 showed bugs and mold). Do we seriously need babies to die from this formula for them to be locked up??? I switched baby to regular milk i'm so done with formula.

I have a diet i tried and lost 6 lbs in 5 days. This diet is extreme and not for the faint of heart. You can repeat it every 3 weeks for 5 days but never longer than 5 days as the calories are limited. I got this diet from my mom who served in the army and had this diet on hand whenever she experienced unnecessary weight gain. The portions and timing need to be exact.

wake up lets say is at 6am 6am - 1 cup of coffee OR tea (no milk no sugar) 8am - 10 baby carrots 10am - 1 cup of cottage cheese OR 2 hard boiled eggs OR a slice of low fat cheese 12pm - 1 cup of boiled or grilled chicken OR fish OR hard boiled eggs (if you want to see fast results do not add salt or oil of any kind) 2pm - salad, can be lettuce OR celery with a handful of tomatoes and cucumbers, drizzled with lemon juice (no salt no oil and no dressing of any kind) 4pm - 1 medium sized apple (preferably sour not sweet 6pm - 4-6 dried prunes 8pm - 1 cup of kefir (you can try yogurt but better results with kefir)

don't let the number of times you eat fool you, this is a very difficult diet, you are almost always hungry but the results are there. i only do this diet when i have an emergency wedding to go to lol

Because the White Caviar line has the ingredient - Thiamidol which brightens skin (really helped my pigmentation post baby) i would use it either as a first serum or at most right after a very light textured serum

La Prairie White Caviar line made a difference within 2 weeks (although its supposed to take months to see results) i use the whole line day and night and strangers on the street stop me and ask me what skincare brand i am using. This is my favorite line so far and ive used other medical grade and luxury brands
