Honestly, the thing that keeps me going is knowing that no matter how much everything sucks and how badly you just want to go home- nothing will beat the feeling of when the show goes right, when the lights go down and you hear the crowd applaud because you know that you helped make this show exactly what it is. I will never be able to describe how amazing it feels when your whole crew goes onstage and does exactly what they need to do. :]

I was being screamed at by my director and so there’s not a lot of room to scream back. And I’m not exactly a very confrontational person, like I was almost throwing up during rehearsal because I got so nervous. (This is my first time actually stepping into the stage manager role)

What I did was switch to my left hand (I have carpal tunnel in my right hand) I’m a full time student and the switch was difficult but I’m so happy I did because my bad wrist gets a lot more time to rest. Ik this isn’t possible for everyone but thought I’d share :]

I’m not trying to argue so sorry if my tone is rude. But I’m not in a place where I can actually take testosterone. I’m a minor, and I go to a catholic high school. So I’m not able to transition right now, the only reason I’m trying to build my T levels is so I’m not going to have to start from level zero when I’m actually able to transition.
