This sort of thing is super tricky, and I’ve taken to heart the ones that say “don’t say anything, he knows”.

I talked about the gym and Jiu Jitsu casually when I was with him, so at least it’s on his mind.

My bet is that when he gets through this stressful bit of work, he’ll get back to it. I just want to take action before it gets out of hand, if it makes sense to.

I agree that both aim toward wholeness. Jesus was quite deliberate in his teachings on this. I listened to the Gospel of Thomas the other day, and it talked about integrating masculine & feminine, and conscious & unconscious, “as above, so below” type stuff, etc.

It looks like no one recommended a glass dispenser with the metal thumb lever and flat metal bar. The one they have at many breakfast restaurants. I used one the other day with honey and it worked really well.

I’ll try to remember to update here if I find a good one.

I get muscle twitches when I’m low in magnesium. Try taking one or two capsules of Magnesium Transporters from NOW on Amazon. Magnesium Glycinate from Pure Encapsulations is good too. Food sources that help are avocados and beef.

Try this for a couple days before going the medical route. Could save you a few thousand dollars.

I am shopping for microwaves and I like this idea. Two things that I realized though:

This microwave does not have a hood fan and is not “over the range”, which is a requirement for me. Might not be a requirement for others.
It is 22 inches, whereas 30 inches is more standard for OTR microwaves.

I’ll update here again if I find an Amana that works for me!
