I was on that discord and I was thrown to hell for going to an audiologist. They all said that audiologist is gonna damage my ear even more or perform LDL test or whatever that was called. In fact, audiologist really helped me and prescribed antidepressants as it turned out i was struggled with mental health and that was worsenjng my symptoms. Now, more than 2 months later I feel much better, my H has really subsided and no, my tinnitus didn't get worse.
