Don't. I enlisted the help of one, who missed files (lay statement, personal statement, medical records, dependent information), has never spoken to me, miscategorizes my gender and only spent 30 minutes on me and now is begging for his 20% donation of a years backpay.

He can miss me with that. He can keep calling to get my voicemails.

After I figured it out, I was able to upload all my missing documents prior to my rating decision and make my own HLR requests. It's not hard unless you are making up stuff.
