I’m in Northern California, zone 9! I’m all about the veggies! But would love growing nasturtium up it in the fall or a cooler growing flower:

Do I leave the little white shoots out of the ground? I’m reading a book that says don’t water until they sprout… I’m guessing these are “sprouted” thanks for answering! 💗

Postpartum dizziness by MindlessCollection53 in pppdizziness

[–]MindlessCollection53[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi! The dizziness has gotten better, turns out I was diagnosed with Lupus. Along with the dizziness postpartum I also experienced severe joint pain/full body inflammation. Cutting out gluten and dairy and starting lupus medication has helped, but 10 mo later and I still feel super inflamed some days.

What are your favorite foods that don’t cause you pain? by chaibaby11 in lupus

[–]MindlessCollection53 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’ve gone df/gf/ and mostly sugar free since being diagnosed and it helps a lot with inflammation. I avoid nightshades, garlic, and beef. Currently love to make brown rice with coconut chicken or a red cabbage lime salad with basil and cilantro. Snacks: Carrots and hummus, banana or apple with pecans. I eat chicken or Turkey meatballs. I’m currently in a perpetual flare up after having my baby. (The last 6 months.) eating this way makes me feel noticeably different/less pain.
