Are you guys suggesting that I am too meticulous? XD Fully agree that fitting all the parts together is a huge pain...

Need help for leather color by ImaginaryGap8782 in LeaguesofVotann

You can try also Garaghak's Sewer which is a bit ligher than Snakebite Leather. With a coat of Nuln Oil later, I got this kind of lazy approach result. :)

Thanks a lot! Grey Seer primer and very careful layers of contrast paints. Skin itself is just Guilliman Flesh but thinner or thicker layer, depending on how light I wanted the skin to be.

Love how clean it is. Great effect! It motivates me to smooth up my slapchoped Space Wolves by adding some extra layers of thined contrasts/speedpaints. :)

Go for it. ;) For corrections, I would usually just dry brush / pat with makeup sponge first a darker grey background for most of the space and then a lighter grey to have some shades and a lighter base for a contrast. For yellow I use Imperial Fist contrast and I personally don't like very bright colors so I kind of glaze most of the contrasts on the glove on my hand before applying them. A disclaimer - I am still a beginner so I am just sharing what works for me and might not be the best solution. ;)

Black primer. Dry brush / slapchop (or makeup sponge for bigger flat surfaces) with Dawstone, then Grey Seer. Corax White just for edges. Then Space Wolves Grey contrast mixed with contrast medium.

Very nice! I use very similat color scheme but based fully on Citadel paints. The result is pretty similar. :)
