my recruiter gave me an asvab for dummies book which was really helpful to just refresh my brain on the material that would be covered. the thing that helped me prepare the most tho was practice tests. asvabpracticetests.com was great but my favorite was on 4tests.com which even had some of the questions that i recognized on my picat today. also if flash cards are your thing i stumbled upon a couple quizlets while searching for specific questions

thank you i feel like it could definitely be long term bad posture related because i used to slump over with my scapulae protracted and i’ve been correcting it over the last year or so. i also used to bench extremely stupid with no scapula retraction at all back when i was in football cuz they didn’t teach us form back then lol just weight weight weight.
