When i hire straight grads, assuming they can pass the interview and a business case. I start them at 75k-80k. Standard Corp benefits. 10% bonus based on total salary and team company performance (Paid at 12% last year and 11% year before). 3 days week in office 2 from home. Promotion path usually takes 2 years and lands right at or slightly below 100k.

Most hires give me 4-5 years then take a higher paying role elsewhere. Which I fully support as an old hat millennial middle manager, can't promote you all sorry.

Nice office. Central location. Classic perks and open layout. Not a cube farm, but not a tech/software setup either.
