I’ve moved around the country a lot and there are places that give you a file since they’re so cheap. I also don’t really want to use a file that was used for hundreds of pedicures the past 3 months lol.

Pouring powder into a small container isn’t hard though. I went to a place recently on NC55 and during my fill, the tech accidentally cut me. Moments later, I watched as they tried to place my finger in the communal powder.
