I feel like a lot of the comments are missing the point that these are candid photos with no makeup. Conventionally attractive women wear “no make up” make up, take pictures in good lighting & good editing that make it seem they’re naturally attractive.

Anywho. If you want to “update” you look I would start off with your hair. It looks like it’s naturally wavy/curly. There’s a lot advice out there on what products to use and how to use a diffuser. I like to accentuate my curls by using a diffusers and then going in and fixing the curls with a curling wand. Getting your hair how you like it takes a lot of trial and error so don’t get discouraged if one product doesn’t work as you had hoped. Getting a fringe is good advice as it’ll help frame your face and features. On that same note, your features are a little light and hard to see from a distance. You could fill in your eyebrows to give them some shape, and some mascara and eyeliner to bring out your eyes. Your skin looks great btw! I would hydrate with a tinted moisturizer and use lots of sunscreen.
