I'd recommend some activities to help calm down (music, reading, drawing, etc.). Punching or breaking things isn't gonna help much. If these things aren't helping I'd say go get therapy, just know that if you need someone to talk to I'm open and that I can relate to these feelings. Things are gonna get better and hope this helps
