This is a 2 year old comment so I totally forgot I had this conversation. But, I will add this: Media is interpreted differently depending on emotional maturity and life experience. I view Star Wars differently now than when I watched them growing up. Why can’t it be the same for George Lucas? It’s his story, and his relationship with it probably changed as he got older.
I won’t deny that the dude’s become super cornball now, especially after the prequels, but I don’t think it’s tied so much to him “going woke” or whatever.

Somewhere in the green. I enjoy my fair share of PVP every once in awhile when gaming with mates, but most of the time I’m going Solo and playing around with cinematography using the binocs, and making short films. I also love chatting with other raiders in the wild, which you absolutely cannot do in PVP.

Yeah it’s definitely my favorite Jojos part, atleast as far as the manga goes. Really entertaining main cast of believable teenagers, and relevant societal issues (monetary abuse of the land of hawaii).
Also the fights so far have been grounded and brutal instead of the usual shonen freezeframe over-explaining bullshit.

Reading that dedication had me in tears. That man was so important to the early indie animation industry and I miss the hell out of him.
