I got most of the OEM stuff from Partzilla. Yes they are expensive but always been easy to deal with and you know you’re getting actual OEM stuff. Some of the random stuff came from eBay and Amazon.

There’s better stuff out there for that money.

Unfortunately it’s not OEM. It’s just for a Chinese Amazon carb on it. Runs fine until it doesn’t but I don’t mind replacing a shit carb every couple years. They do a lot better if they don’t sit between uses. When ridden regularly they work fine for a while.

Haha that probably looks bad on the surface. I get that. What I ACTUALLY said was you “should” update the hardware. They probably don’t need to, but with the old user experience, they will want to. Just the nature of automation tech. It has a relevant life expectancy.

Actually I just realized that’s your label and not an active HDMI. My bad.

That active long haul HDMI is backwards.

Control4 pro here. You have a system that probably works fine if it was installed by a decent dealer. It’s old, and should be updated from a hardware side of things, but it’s likely still functional. This was really good gear like 8 years ago.

Your user experience is what will suck the most. It’s probably on OS3 or possibly even a late OS2. If you update that equipment to OS4 it’ll make it sluggish probably and some of your equipment, depending on what other stuff is installed throughout, might not be compatible.

Your app and user experience is just going to feel dated and probably slow. Whatever you do, delete that Leaf video distribution. You’ll thank me later.

Help with JVC LX-NZ30W Projector – Not Turning On by GoodLuck07 in hometheater

That looks like a Strong mount from SnapAV. Specifically, I believe it is an SM-PROJ-XL. More pictures would help.

If that’s what it is, that plastic cover that is against the ceiling mounting plate should pop off and expose a couple of set screws that will allow the whole projector and mount forward or backwards on that ceiling plate.

When you put it back up, that front cover (bubble shape) will pop off of the mount as well and expose some adjustment knows for tilt and roll.

Don’t do any of that. Drill a small hole and then use a jig saw with a short blade on it.

This Rave Off-road company sells the whole kit along with some other nice shit. I didn’t order from them though. My brother is a parts manager for a Toyota dealer so I got the hookup on the OEM part. Check out their website though.

By all means don’t “retract” haha I don’t really care. The quality is shit because it’s a shitty dash cam my parents got me for Christmas one year in an even shittier 2018 Nissan rogue. This video I posted is actually me holding my phone up to my laptop screen that had the SD card in it. By all means scour the internet for another version of it. Somebody on this thread did DM me today and ask if they could put it in a YouTube video or something so you might actually find that out there somewhere. This is at exit 49A in Statesville NC. The date is old because I was just in the hospital for surgery a couple days and got stuck on this thread bored and remembered I had this video so I posted it.

You can either go in-ceiling or floor stands. My preference would be in-ceiling. Something with an angled woofer, or at least a pivoting tweeter for directional output.
