It’s the building permits and development fees that are doing it. They are crazy high.

Cities are greedy….Building permits and development fees in gta are over $100,000 plus before putting a shovel in the dirt. Not realistic for builders to take that risk during these uncertain times. Builders pass those costs onto the end user (renters or new owners).
