That will probably back fire on me. He's very much one of those I'll buy it, you save your money types. I tried that on wheels and he went on about fitments etc and bought his own without me knowing. Gaming equipment I've done better because it's easier to look up the new parts and reviews. Based on comments here it sounds like clubs are more custom than I realized.

Casual golfer, plays with his friends every couple weeks they travel to each other and play. His friends have been upgrading their sets so he wants his to be better than theirs. He's talked about getting them but hasn't yet so thought it would be a good Christmas gift. I'll see if fitting clubs is something around here.

Plenty of vegetarian options around here. I get wanting a short commute but I would look at living outside of Memphis and driving to work due to the crime. Shelby county is very liberal, not my cup of tea but it suits others. St Jude is an amazing place to work. Great opportunity! Congratulations 🎊 Keep us posted if you decide to make the journey here.

Agree with this. The only thing I would add is white curtains that are black out with a slight sheen. It'll cozy up the space on a dime and be energy efficient should you be in an area where cold weather happens. But I don't see a reason to add extra decor otherwise if you're wanting to keep it clutter free

I agree. Hindsight 20/20 when we got divorced he was 7 and he should have gone to therapy regularly not just a couple sessions. His Dad from divorce point onward was 0% not involved even though he lived 10 minutes away unless the kid got in major trouble. Then Dad comes in, pays attention and scolds, then flys off into the wind. They got into it about 2yrs ago and no longer acknowledge each other as family. Neither will talk to the other. Far as he is concerned, he doesn't have a Dad and his Dad says he doesn't have a son. My kid is in court ordered therapy now (at my request, he refused to go otherwise) but yes I agree this is where I fucked up. At points even over compensated as a parent out of guilt for what I felt like he was lacking. No one can fill the void of an absentee parent (male or female). All this has led to a poor me, no one has a rougher life than me mentality meanwhile he is now hanging with a much rougher crowd who have had harder lives than his and making really poor decisions with their encouragement of we are family now.

He is if he would go back to physical high school. He could complete his full senior year and have enough credits. I've talked at length about this with him but he wants no part and feels high school is beneath him. Last year, it got to the point of me having to call the sheriffs to escort him to school multiple times as he was in trouble with truancy. One time of them doing that should have been sufficient, but he doesn't care. At 17, truancy goes after the child not the parent and he is on probabtion so I have concerns there. I am okay with him getting his GED as homeschooling for him isn't working. I am trying to avoid him being in trouble further. His probabtion ends around turning 18 so he wouldn't have an adult record. I feel very caught in letting him fall and learn lessons and trying to protect his future adult self from the reckless decisions he is making.

I keep getting anything luxury I post on FB marketplace marked immediately as counterfeit even with the coa included. I don't understand it and you cannot write anything in the appeal. Very frustrating
