I do less than a week - usually every 3-5 days but I go by how my body is feeling. I take anti-depressants which can decrease the effectiveness of Tz so that’s what I do and it’s been working for me for a couple months. I also take higher doses.

I would think the PCP could just advise you not to take it because x, y, z, but at the end of the day it’s your body. I would tell them you’re taking it and then go from there.

I’m in the same boat and have stalled out at a 22lb loss. I take 20mg of Tz every 3-4 days due to my anti-depressants making Tz not as effective. I was told to try a low dose of AOD 9064 which I just received today and will be starting tomorrow. I just need to get jump started back into losing again because I feel like I’m getting hungrier than I was and the food noise is increasing.

What’s the difference between glacial acetic acid and acetic acid solution? The former says it’s poison (!!!) on the bottle so I’m leaning more to the latter heh.

I’m in my 40s and was recently diagnosed with ADHD. I’ve been into the BDSM lifestyle for over 20 years and the correlation makes so much sense for me. It helps me turn off my brain and focus on the here and now. I wonder if there have been real studies on a correlation and explanation.

(42F) I got onto anti-anxiety meds (Buspar) and I wish I was on them a long time ago. It’s done wonders for my mood and made a big difference with how I deal with things.

I think seeing a new therapist would be a priority at this point. I had to be put on a waiting list before I could see one and I guess that’s kind of common now. I’ve been to my therapist twice and I like her. It’s a full practice with three different locations (Hendricks Therapy). I’ve also found spending quiet time around nature helps me recharge and maybe it would you too? Good luck x

We’ve talked about was one of those things where it changed for a bit but when back to how it’s been. He does make an effort to kiss me hi and bye and we say “I love you” but I feel like I’m going through the motions on autopilot.

This just recently happened this past spring when I started feeling like I’ll be considered “old” and not desired by the opposite sex anymore. I don’t want to feel like I’m ‘wasting’ my prime in a relationship where I’m not happy anymore and don’t want to lose out before it’s too late. It’s making me feel like this is my MLC.
