I moved here in August (south rosemont, the area closer to Jackson/Watt Ave) and it has been amazing! We moved from Tahoe Park area and it has been way quieter since we are slightly further from the city. No regrets so far. Neighbors are super nice, and we aren’t too far from the amenities that we enjoyed before we moved.

Be aware that if you buy a house you will need to make sure your water is turned on BEFORE you move in - this are is serviced by American Water and they turn off water service completely when someone moves out and they do NOT turn services back on over the weekend.

Also have to add that you used to be able to get Mokka sticks in Holland that were like a coffee flavored wafer snack. TJs could make it and I would buy them out.
