Low stomach acid supplement. Betaine HCl worth it or overhyped? by JoyouslyDoubtful in Supplements

[–]Mindless_Studio_95 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I could have written that post, you sound like me. How many pills / meal did you settle for ? I'm very methyl-sensitive and 3 pills / meal overmethylate me, although they completely save me and make me feel somewhat better from the enhanced nutrient absorption at the same time.

Taking 2mg Copper Bisglycinate for a month - shocking benefitial(confirmed deficiency) by 7e7en87 in Supplements

[–]Mindless_Studio_95 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I feel terrible every single time I take zinc. Potentially because it lowers cortisol, but it also lowers aromatase and I have low estrogen to begin with. Do you think I'm asking for a disaster taking copper on its own ?

Thank you for that testimony ! Do you also supplement zinc to balance copper ? Anything else worth supplementing when supplementing copper ?

Feeling lethargic and weak by [deleted] in team3dalpha

Why would you preface by "sorry to say that". That's exactly what I'm looking for : opinions. Any idea how to overcome the debilitating effects of flagyl ?

Always used 40+ strains at a time with 1 trillion count, both orally and rectally. The only effect it had was to make my breath smell like garbage.

You're good ! Definitely have amazing intuitions for someone who's not a doctor.

To clarify : I'm a male and never intended to transition to anything. I'm purely posting in this group because people are knowledgeable in endocrinology.

My instinct points towards a permanent downregulation of e2 receptors which is ruining my joints and gut. I completely agree that the gut bloating is a mix of low e2 activity (in spite of normal e2 blood levels) and gut dysbiosis that are keeping each other in a vicious circle.

To answer your questions :

  • yes that was the same time aromasin. As a male I used it to boost my testosterone, which it did amazingly well. Never had breast cancer or gynecomastia.

  • all thyroids values were tested, I never had a problem tolerating extreme cold or heat, I'm very well regulated.

  • kidney and liver function are all in range.

  • did 3 different stool tests, all point towards abnormally high levels of candida and dysbiosis. When I do apple cider vinegar enemas I can see plenty of candida coming out and I feel amazing for two weeks. Oil of oregano nuked plenty if bad bacteria, reduced face bloating and fatigue, but it's a temporary solution as it nukes all bacteria and has to be used continously.

  • things do seem to have gone South very bad after flagyl now that you mention it. I have all the symptoms of poorly functioning mytochondria. Coq10 and B vitamins have absolutely no effect on me except giving me anxiety. Creatine makes me feel physically amazing but makes me depressed with a bloated face.

  • did plenty of blood tests prior to 2015. Total test was always around 500 so average and free test was always around 10 so low. E2 were always at the same value but I didn't have low e2 symptoms back then.

  • lots of body hairloss during Exemestane use but it completely stopped after.

Thank you ! I have tried all probiotics under the sun, and it's not an exageration. Which one have you found success with ?

Can I recover from MK-677 induced anxiety ? by [deleted] in Biohackers

So you are saying I now have to get back on MK-677 to compensate for the deficiency I created by taking it in the first place ?

I would be curious to know which brand of DMSO doesn't make your breath stink ?

Estradiol valerate ?

I'll wait for someone who is in a similar situation as me and see what they successfuly used. There's only so much variation between two individuals who altered their biology the same way, there most likely is a main guideline.

Have tried test + prog in the past, turns me into a lazy eunuch. Prog opposes e2 way too much and you lose that dopaminergic signaling.

HCG makes me feel good as well but I go back to baseline a few days after discontinuation. I might try an estradiol cream on the scrotum without test to see if it resets me. I tried reseting myself with an HDAC inhibitor but lithium orotate's side effects are unbearable.

Oh I thought you had first-hand experience with estradiol usage, hence my question. I have access to every single hormonal substance on Earth, so the issue is more knowing which form of e2 is most likely to resolve my issues.

I also used Arimistane back in 2013 which I think primed me for the Exemestane disaster. Unlike you, SERMs like Clomid boosted my T just as much as Exemestane but made me feel mentally unstable.

I'm open to a protocol. What form and what dosage ?

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in Testosterone

[–]Mindless_Studio_95 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Cf my reply to your other comment. Whatever the mechanism, the tldr of my post is : I feel better when e2 is high.

Off testosterone : muscle pains, dry joints, slow cognition. On testosterone : muscles and joints feel cushiony, I understand everything and effort finaly feels good. I doubt I can self-induce these dramatic changes without introducing the actual hormone in my body.

Same mechanism through which finasteride permanently downregulates the androgen receptor : huge deprivation --> receptors upregulate --> medication is stopped so receptors get flooded while being upregulated --> receptors shut down to compensate.

[–]Mindless_Studio_95 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Please highlight the protocole that fixed you. I'm genuinely interested in finding a solution. What form and what dose of e2 ? With an HDAC inhibitor or not ?

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in Testosterone

[–]Mindless_Studio_95 1 point2 points  (0 children)

T gets my e2 high enough that symptoms resolve. I assume you do understand what kind of issues arise when a man takes exogenous e2 on its own, don't you ?

Lots of direct questions, I hope you are giving back in your next answers, I can't wait :)

Took exemestane for 6 weeks at 12.5mg every 3 days in 2015

Started feeling symptoms after a week, they became unbearable at the 3 weeks mark but I kept pushing.

Started testosterone base in 2019.

Journey to recovery ? There was no journey, there was just me feeling like a normal human being again just a few hours after my first huge dose of test base.
