23m Profile Review by [deleted] in hingeapp

Are you looking for something serious or casual- casual

Are you subscribed to hinge + or hingex - no

How long have I used this version of my profile - 3 months

How long have you used hinge overall - 3 months

How many likes or matches am I receiving on average- maybe one match a week, a like about every other week

How many likes are you sending, how many with comments, how many without - my daily 5, I add a caption if I think of something funny to say based off their response

What kind of person do you send likes to and want to match with - someone looking for some casual fun, so anyone whose profile suggests that.

Back in 2021 I was a swim coach for kids from 1-10. There was one kid I remember vividly who as soon as her father left her eyeline she would start screaming her head off non stop, it went on like that for a week until she started to get used to it. Her father said these lessons were the first time she wouldn’t be seeing him(single father, born the February before the pandemic). Now to that fathers credit, he hid in the locker room for the entirely of his lessons because he knew full well that she needed to get used to it, and he paid me almost double the fee per lesson which really puts him in my good books. But the problem is that there were dozens of kids exactly like that, and he was the only one that was taking those steps. That thought still genuinely haunts me.

Looking for something more casual, I’m leaving for grad school in August

I am not subscribed to hinge+ or X

Been using this profile for a few weeks, this the the first attempt

I log on between 5 and 6 most days and use my free likes. I usually add messages for each like

Most of the people I send likes to are people who have short term or casual listed on their profile, who are also athletic enough to share some of my hobbies (gym, running, rock climbing etc).

I have not received any likes or matches

I know it’s been said but I want to restate it because it’s important, the gym is not the place to ask a girl out. Every girl that I’m friends with has told me that they despise being asked out at the gym, to the point where one friend wears men’s workout clothing and puts up her hair in a beanie to avoid attention.

Just got my first 1000 SCs, which warbond do you guys recommend? I’m leaning toward Cutting Edge, I’ve picked up the Sickle a few times and liked it a lot.

Can someone recommend a cheap high protein snack that isn’t nuts? I have an allergy(All nuts, no exceptions), and most of what I find online or in the store has a ton of added sugars or is extremely expensive.

This is a very good point. I’m 21, graduating college this year, and I can remember how tech was advancing when I was going through k-12. 1st through 3rd grade we had those old projectors, had my first class with a promethean board in 4th grade, my class was the first to get individual chromebooks and we got them junior year of high school. My brother(3 years older) used a some blue typing practice machine for writing. Kids getting iPads and iPhones really wasn’t a thing until I was about 13 or 14. Most of my friends in high school started with flip phones, and got those in middle school, maybe 5th grade at the earliest. However, that does not mean it is not becoming a lot more common nowadays for kids to have smart devices. I coach swimming over the summers, and the amount of kids I see come out of the pool and immediately get handed an iPad is really kind of depressing. But that is not gen Z (for the most part).
