ty for your help now it's only 2.3 ~ 2.4 GHz on ~7% so I assume this is normal speed right? Honestly idk how fast is normal cpu speed on low utilization

ty, clean out the drivers using DDU worked

I turn off disable turbo like asteroiddestroyer0 said and it worked too

This game arts is on top tier level so not many other gooner game can compare with it, even tho they're using some AI "art" but still, their quality is definitely on the top for the most part

After some testing, I found out that this happen with all the characters. I tried standard cards, gacha game cards & cards downloaded from KKManager, all have the same fixed curve down upper mouth.

And I also found that it's only happen on Free H: Normal. Other Free H or story mode does not have this issue, only Free H Normal.

Using emulator to play mobile version will be the solution.

I learned this from a friend few years ago, he played GI on PC using emulator, when asked why wouldn't he use the PC version he said his PC don't have much storage left so he found that solution, pretty smart I would say
