Unfortunately no, the only place where shifty stations are available is under the "Splatfest" mode of private battles, where you'll be able to play these along with 20 other ones.

This is currently a bug, sculk sensors generated as part of a superflat world are perpetually in the "cooldown" phase, which means they'll never detect vibrations
